Duncan Clark

Duncan Clark joined the Boy Scouts at the age of 11 or 12. In pursuit of merit badges and general advancement he met retired navy veterans who were a part of the Scouting world, but who also had absorbing tales to tell of ships and sailors. Thus began a fascination with the navy, with the bravery of sailors, and the details of the ships they sailed on. He had the chance to be a navy chaplain, but it wasn't quite the right time or fit.

As an Anglican priest, he has a bit of a bias and love for the British navy and admires the courage of the officers and enlisted men of this great branch. No matter the subject, he's always happy to talk history.
