RoboCop is a 1987 American science fiction action film directed by Paul Verhoeven and written by Edward Neumeier and Michael Miner. Set in a crime-ridden Detroit, Michigan in the near future, RoboCop centers on a police officer who is brutally murdered and subsequently re-created as a super-human cyborg known as “RoboCop”. The film features Peter Weller, Dan O’Herlihy, Kurtwood Smith, Nancy Allen, Miguel Ferrer, and Ronny Cox.

Movieing On

Movieing On was a project that we've wanted to do for a long time, and the pieces all fell together in March of 2012, when we began planning the first episode. Featuring some of the CSICON crew's most amazing people, we watch a movie from 1999 or earlier and discuss it.

If you want to get in touch with the people behind the episode or talk to others who like it, feel free to join the CSICONauts chat room. Alternatively, you can find some of this episode's hosts and/or guests on Twitter: Breki Tomasson, Jack Marshall and Jon Shute.
